The Semi-Automatic model analyzes the patient's ECG and, if it detects a shockable rhythm, it automatically charges the capacitor. Once it's ready to deliver the shock, the operator presses the shock button to defibrillate. Afterward, the device initiates the CPR phase with voice guidance and a metronome.

The Fully Automatic model, once ready, will automatically
administer the shock 5 seconds after the vocal prompt.
